Plan the operation as a complete event
The event workspace connects practical details—schedule, arrival information, organizer contacts, equipment and safety notes—with the tactical plan. Organizers build factions, squads, player slots, field geometry, spawns, facilities, objectives, and optional stages from the browser.
A preview chapter brings the briefing and battlefield together before launch. Participants see the full briefing only after they have the required assignment or accepted staff access.
- Create the schedule, briefing, safety information, and arrival plan.
- Build factions, squads, roles, and participant assignments.
- Author the playable field, spawns, facilities, and objectives.
- Use stages for events whose battlefield or objective plan changes over time.
Control who joins and what they can do
Events are invitation-only. Registered players accept or decline assignments from GridStrike Mobile. Guests claim a roster slot using the event QR or a manual code and must prove the matching roster email. Staff access is accepted separately.
The active assignment controls a player’s slot, class, event access, and live permissions. Removing participation immediately revokes live presence, location, sockets, and background updates rather than waiting for the event to finish.
Move cleanly from draft to live play
Events progress through draft, scheduled, live, completed, or cancelled states. Ready events launch at their scheduled start, and live events complete at their end time. Organizers can launch early, end now, pause the active runtime, or revert a session back to a rescheduled state when needed.
The live organizer uses the same battlefield model as the scheduled editor. Changes appear immediately in the organizer’s workspace, save as an atomic update, and then reach connected clients as one consistent battlefield revision.
