Two ways to fill the roster
With Scan to join, each faction has its own reusable QR code and manual code. With Invite & approve, you invite players one by one and review their requests. Guests can join without an account by confirming the roster email.
Requests don't reserve a slot: the 300-player limit is checked when you approve one.

Brief players before they arrive
The briefing keeps the schedule, arrival details, organizer contacts, equipment and safety notes beside the battlefield. Only the host, accepted staff and assigned players can open it.
Run the day from one screen
A ready event goes live at its scheduled start and completes at its end time. From the live view you can start early, pause, end the session or change the battlefield while play continues, and every connected phone receives the change at once.
