Delete in the app
- Open Account, then Account details.
- Select Delete account and review the deletion-impact check.
- Transfer or delete every team and event you own.
- Reauthenticate and confirm permanent deletion.
Delete without the app
Email support@gridstrike.net from the address registered to the account. State that you want the GridStrike account deleted. Support will verify ownership without asking for your password.
What is deleted
Account profile data, profile media, authentication identities, active sessions, memberships, invitations, and other personal data are deleted. Owned teams and events must be transferred or deleted first. Non-personal aggregate operational records and records required by law may be retained without direct account identity.
