Reporting and blocking

GridStrike targets a first response within 48 hours. Safety-critical reports are prioritized. Do not use reports to harass another person or manipulate a dispute.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, history, and risk, GridStrike may issue a warning, remove content, restrict interactions, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently ban an account.
GridStrike may act immediately and without advance warning for credible threats, illegal content, exploitation, serious harassment, hostile surveillance, security abuse, imminent harm, or a legal obligation. Relevant information may be preserved or disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to address an emergency, credible threat, fraud, or service security.
Appeals
You may appeal a moderation decision within 30 days by emailing support@gridstrike.net. Identify the affected account or content and explain why the decision should be reconsidered. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or unrelated personal information.
